• We will reply to all email received prior to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time on the same day.
• We will Answer phone in the first 3 rings.
• We will provide clear communication throughout our booking process and right through until you return from holiday.
• We will provide education for all our clients through our website and with our resort guides to help you get the best out their holiday.

We promise to provide you with support in Japan when you need it 24/7.

We provide this through:

• On the Ground Support through our Japan Powder office in Hakuba and through our service partners in other resort areas in Japan
• We have a 24/7 Emergency Support contace line you can call when you are in need.
• We also have on the ground emergency support available right through Japan. We will be there to assist when you are in need.
• During winter (Dec 15 - Mar 31st) our office Helpline is open from 9am – 5pm, 7 Days a Week. So call us for any help that you need while you are travelling in Japan.
